Héctor De Castro is internationally recognized as a leading figure in the transformation of luxury hospitality toward regenerative models. With over 25 years of managing experience across four continents — having resided in Spain, France, England, Germany, Mexico, and periods in Singapore.
His career includes C-level leadership roles in high-end hotel developments, as well as collaborations with Horwath HTL, FORTUNE 500 corporations, and investment funds. Mr. De Castro began researching regenerative hotels in 2017; in 2022, Regenera Luxury was born from his doctoral research.
